I once ate Christmas lunch with my arm inside a full size Rod Hull emu toy. Probably the same year I tried to play a Stylophone with a bic pen because the stylus was very well hidden in its housing.

Loving this new app on my HTC: retro Russian camera. It makes everything look like Siberia!

For the 2nd time this year snow has stopped us visiting Beamish for their Edwardian Christmas 'extravaganza' (ie. a santa, an ice rink and some home made decorations).

1st book onto the kindle was Frankenstein. And first subscription was Salon.com. Loving it.
The sub zero temperatures are back. Supposed to be going to Beamish this weekend but now doubtful. Stupid winter.

Moved the Wii into the sitting room and it's like a new lease of life for the poor underused machine. Played tennis till midnight. Floodlights not needed.
